• Responsible to provides 24/7 (L2) Support in SumTotal LMS application for all Global Users• Working as Support Lead for two LMS support and providing support to 92 Countries.• Handing Daily Support request, User account Managmennt , Change Management request.• Providing resolution of incidents reported in ITSM queue with in SLA target level.• Handling Report taking request that received from curstomer in ERS Cognos.• Creating Bulk Upload User account Creatoion Template and Uploading into Data Sync Utility.• Creating HTML template for Notification, Home Page, Changing Domain Level Settings on Change Management Request.• Monitoring Daily ERS Cognos Activties in Daily Basis and providing reports to the Customer.• Identify bugs within SumTotal Application & co-ordinate with SumTotal System to get the issue resolved in timely manner.• Provide application navigation support to Customer & recommdation as per their needs in SumTotal.• Creating Learning activites, Uploadng content & assigned to the group of audience.• Timely Support for all releases /Cutover Testing Support and Major Releases -Deployments.• Pro-active monitoring of systems and ensure health checks are in order .• Monitor key components & processes and take end to end ownership during incident if any to resume the service at the earliest by engaging relevant teams.• Work with Infra and relevant teams towards resolution for any critical/emergency issues.Closely work with Support mgr and ensure stability through fixes without introducing new issues.• Generating different Adhoc reports as per the business requirements.4Saravanan.
