Shift Executive for Instrumentation, Electrical and preventive maintenance of the plant and processing control.JOB PROFILE: • Worked in project construction, Erection and commissioning of Automized detergent powder manufacturing system and Pneumatic Conveying Dense Flow System.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of REMOTE I/O panel and PROCESSOR PANEL of the plant.• Working knowledge and online troubleshooting of PLC like Allen Bradley (Micrologix 5000, Micrologix1200).• Working knowledge in SCADA in Allen Bradley (Factory Talk).• Installation of SARTORIUS, NOVA WAY (PRECIA MOLLEN) load cell and calibration of load cell through weigh indicating controllers.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of VFD‘s like Allen Bradley power flex 525, SIEMENS (sinamics G 120 series), ABB Drives.• Troubleshooting and maintenance of INDUS and K-Tron conveying system.• Installation and maintenance of various level sensors, limit switches (RF Admittance and vibrating tuning fork type).• Installation and maintenance of proximity sensors, pressure switches, level indicators. • Installation and maintenance of pressure relief valve, safety relief valve and their settings.• Installation and maintenance of control valves (Butterfly Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Knife Gate Valve, Electropnumatic Positioners).• Production Planning and Control.• OEE improvement activities.• Production loss analysis by using Why-Why analysis.• Planning, Implementation & Monitoring of Technological changes to enhance productivity.
