Handling Flex-N-Gate Projects: Leading Tier 1 company for Automotive parts Manufacturer in USRoles & Responsibilty: Leading FNG - Front End Module team.Getting Surrounding data and product requirements from Client Engineer for Carrier design and in terms of Fascia design A-Surface from client and start working on other product requirement, systematic review with client on design running changes in surrounding data & integrate in current carrier design and check part feasibility for tooling, TS- Document & support CAD-Data management in Client Teamcenter.

Role & Responsibility:Interacted directly with customer and discussed on the product requirement [Ex. Seating system - H-Pt, Seat Operating range, Features like fore/aft,reclining, height adjust & other special requirements] and relation with surrounding parts / CAB.Design process start from working on concept proposal to customer approval, Generating DMU, Prototyping, Fitment approval, DVP, DFMEA, TS- Document, Drawing release and maintaining live document related to design.Project Done: Design of Driver seat, Passenger seat, Long cab berth & Short cab berth - Heavy Duty Truck & Driver seat, Passenger seat & Berth - Low Duty Truck for Daimler India Commercial Vehicles ltd.,(Bharat Benz)
