WW Capabilities & Transformation Manager global

The main focus for me in this role is Project Management and Project Planning for Company's IT Transformations, Deployment of transformation to regions and countries currently worked and deployed a project for Japan and SouthPac, area of challenge is at gathering the requirement and analyzing the gap between the transformation and requirement and do the MOC for the new project with required stake holdersRequirement gathering includes creating the IT development user stories and i have a good experience in Agile Manager for IT User story creation and management, and also i have worked on waterfall project management on some small projects.On the user stories development part from IT i have experience in Scrum of Scrum discussions for each Sprint developments and have experience in defect management as well. From deployment point of view my work is more on IT regression E2E test, Defect management, defect closures and re-testing, UAT, MTP & post MTP regular war room discussions and ensure there are no more defects and solution is working as per plan and on-board the region or country as per project plan.My Role is also to ensure periodic status & KPI on projects are updated to WW, Region and Country stake holders with the progress and road block if any,I am also responsible for the MOC (Management of Change) communications to Partners, Customers, Sales team, Country Sales Operations team and Internal Operations teams.Currently my Team is a Global team and i work from Bgl for WW transformation reporting to Off Shore Manager

As a Senior Assistant manager with span of control of 30 employees, my key responsibility was people manager and performance management for team members.Key responsibilities included leadership and deploy strategic direction received from higher management, developing cost reduction initiatives, business stakeholder & partner experience, employee engagement and business process management with the end state of simplification & operational excellence.Other responsibilities included management reviews with senior VP, VPs and Directors, and also Contra Saving projects and reporting savings from the projects deployed on contra leakage

Key responsibilities included Project lead for Process transition from high cost Location to Bangalore, travailing to Locations, training on existing process, transition the process to new team in current location, simplify the process with current team expertise and final sign off from both stake holders. IT infrastructure transformation platform deployment, developing UAT preparation, Testing on new platform and provide feedback to IT developers on the UAT results, MTP and Management of Change for Internal Processes, High level and detailed training for operations teams.
