Manage financial planning; budgeting, project cost analysis and implements cost control measures. Develop and monitor credit policies and procedures by oversee corporate credit collection activities and ensure timely and accurate supplier payments. Ensures that the systems established provides reasonable assurances, protection and are in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures; and other special assignments determined by the Management Review purchase requisitions system and subcontractor agreements in order to ensure activities comply with agreed budgets and highlight deviations from budgets. Review transactions on day to day basis comparing actual performance against budget; follow up and report on variances for management attention.  Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes. Co-ordinate with project team, project internal auditors and bank to get approval of monthly project payment requirements Co-ordinate with Project’s consultant / client with project team for the commercial issues  Preparation of periodical reports - cash flows, monthly forecasts, MIS Reports and Projects cost control reports, Profit & loss account and final accounts Monitoring actual cost Vs BOQ by activity wise for profitability purpose Monitoring LC’s, LG’s such as tender bond, performance bond, advance payment bonds, retention bond / guarantee etc. and bills discounting / settlement. Monitoring VAT collection and payment as per FTA regulations to file quarterly and annually Reconciling Cash & Bank account on monthly basis & Inter-Company accounts on Quarterly basis  Entering month-end entries as part of closing procedure Show less
