MECHANICAL ENGINEER QA/QC (JAN 2023 TO Present)Daqing Petroleum Administrative Bureau Ltd (EPCC) CPF1 OIL TREATMENT SYSTEM UPGRADING PROJECT, HALFAYA OILFIELD, IRAQWorking as a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer at Oil treatment System Upgrading project in Basra, Iraq.Petro China has completed the FCP construction as PHASE ONE, in which CentralProcessing Facilities No.1 (CPF1) is constructed to get the first target of the designCapacity of 70,000BOPD. Some facilities have upgraded to achieve the maximumCapacity 100,000 BOPD with water cut less than 10%.As part of Phase Four, CPF1 oil treatment system and related facilities and system will beUpgraded to keep sustain production with increasing water cut up to 50%, which isDefined as CPF1 OIL TREATMENT SYSTEM UPGRADING. HALFAYA oilfield.

1) The overall management and leadership of the site staff.2) Developing a Site Safety Culture during the site execution of the project.3) Executing the project within the site portion of the construction budget.4) Achieving all major milestones within the site schedule.5) Performance assessments of all site staff including contract staff and life-of-project staff.6) Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.7) Closeout of all site subcontracts with fair and proper allocation of costs, minimizing impact8) Representation of organization to the customer and local authorities.9) Maintaining and enhancing the professional image and reputation of the organization at all times.10) EHS plan, site staffing plan, applicable local regulations, restrictions etc.11) Mobilize the site and set up of site infrastructure.12) Plan and set up vehicles, accommodation and other support for site staff.13) Establish site regulations and rules of site operation.14) Select and hire local personnel as required.15) Execute daily (if required), weekly and monthly comprehensive reports.16) Set up the site filing and document control system.17) Strategically execute the site Cost Control program.18) Strategically execute the EHS Policy and the site EHS plan.19) Strategically manage the site schedule, progress of works and cost / resource drawdown.20) Set up and strategically execute the site QA/QC plan.21) Carry out both meritorious and disciplinary actions as prescribed regulations.22) Take necessary actions to maintain high site morale.23) Conduct daily and weekly meetings with staff and subcontractors
