• Roles and responsibilities:
• Preparation of the Snag list and Asset list of the equipment in the building.
• Plan and conduct planned preventative maintenance of building assets in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
• Preparation of the 52 week PPM schedule for the equipment based on the asset list.
• Coordinating with a specialized contractor to execute major works in the assets.
• Troubleshooting issues and early fault identification so as to prevent breakdown of the equipment.

• Responsible for the management of electrical problems or electrical engineering problems in a building and worksite or other location.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns resources such as labour, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. needed for all electrical and related work prior to completion.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and construction people.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
