Manage and lead a team of Engineers from different disciplines to assess technical requirementsand execute technical approaches (Studies, reports, reviews, designs,and drawings, etc.)Provide perfect and exact to-the-point technical/engineering documents, detailed scope of work,project methodology, and technical and execution approach.Responsible for reviewing, approving, and implementing all engineering documents, reports,standards, and drawings.Manage and direct engineering teams to prepare investor packages, project presentations, andtechnical responses to contractors and clients as appropriate.Ensure timely and quality performance, including engineering work and contract management,tracking the project progress.Arrange and schedule internal meetings to track project performance, ensure successfulcompletion of short- and long-term goals, meet budgetary objectives, and adjust to projectconstraints.Arrange and schedule weekly technical, and managerial meetings with clients over briefs andwith contractors for achieving the goal and maintaining the project delivery.

Manage, supervise, and complete the design, and execution of mechanical & electrical divisions.Responsible for subcontracts, material takeoff, procurement, and timely delivery of the task.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.Coordinate with other disciplines including civil, architectural, and structural engineers in both thedesign and execution stages to update the construction documents.Maintain a regular follow-up with the team about strict adherence to high construction standardsand motivate teams for on-time delivery of the project.Manage weekly technical meetings with subcontractors to reduce project delays and increase theequality of execution works.
