Shriram Shankari | Temple Bells | Lake Side Residences | Golden Cove ProjectShriram Divine City - Phase II ProjectBilling :-• RA Bills & ME Bills Checking, Certification, Inventory List & Payment Reconciliation.• Material Reconciliation for Steel,RMC, Cement, Sand & other Client Supply materials.• Reconciliation of WO BOQ.• Reconciliation of Sub Contractor Bills.• Quantity surveying, billing and maintaining risk registers.• Contractor / Vendor Bill Processing, Basic Rate/Cost/Price Escalation.•SAP S4HANA - SES/ GRN Entry of Invoice - Raise PR's & Generate PO.• SAP (MM & PS module) Implementation - Core team member.Planning & Scheduling:Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following:• Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.• Preparing labour and timely progress reports with effective monitoring and tracking of scheduled work progress by preparing monthly targets.• Formulating concrete quantity and reinforcement plan accountable for updating daily work done sales value.• Managing team members if the schedule will be created by group of planners and schedulers for aggressive time line.• Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (MSP & Microsoft Office).• Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations.• Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.• Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.• Preparation of Separate Procurement Schedule.Monitor & Control:• Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).• Generating periodic client invoices.• Performing progress presentations.• Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay.• Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.• EOT analysis and justification reports.
