Evangelizing the ROI of User Experience while ideating, prototyping and researching, design solutions for million customers. My work flow typically involves conducting business requirements workshops, leading the design solution, managing other UX members, testing the design, briefing and working with Interaction designers and developers in order to communicate and iterate the solution.Responsibilities:1) Define Digital Experience/ UX roadmaps and near or long term digital strategies for customers.2) Planning, Estimating and Presenting Sales and Strategy from the UX/UI perspective.2) Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand application requirements.3) Effectively present UX solutions that ensure the design meets both business objectives & end- user expectations.

This was an aha moment for me and I wondered if SMS style interface for forms was a good solution. My lizard brain told me to back off and I parked my idea of reimagining forms as a Chat UI. I started designing input experiences just like Typeform. I came up with this model (attached): Using Ai to change the way we bank. This was a planned short contract, where I worked on the new on-boarding journey, adding to digital wallet, overdrafts, funding and switching accounts.

Visualize, Create and Develop custom web applications for Wright Medical Technologies.Within 6 months (working in a team) we re-designed the entire application. We improved the usability of the Header, Footer and a number of the client applications.Having helped with the design of the header, footer and apps. The main UX I bought to the table included the re-design of the navigation, making the application responsive. I also conducted a number of user testing sessions that proved to improve the user experience by over 80%. I worked with the design team to ensure the best possible solution was presented to the user (re-designed over 70% of the application) as well as working closely with the dev team, to ensure the solution provided would be feasible for the deadline yet, cater for the user's needs.

I began work on a huge website creation and development project in EWCD (a Java customized frame work by Cognizant) as the CX Lead for the 3M European eBusiness Services from the client office (U.K); the general idea is to deliver a unified experience across all of IBM Portal server and Fat wire enterprise content management systems, supporting the mission to "Cloud Optimize Every 3M US Product websites" across the European region.Responsibilities include: Interaction with e Leaders (3M EMEA), Web architects (3M USA) and from the horizontal groups of Cognizant to build the solutions. Elicited, Elucidated and documented Requirements from the Business Web Modernization Initiative – to enhance the Digital Marketing platform of 3M.com websites across EMEA through Web Construction projects (WCT) Flexible Services Initiative – bundle of website development support and maintenance initiatives across the EMEA for the 3M Company.
