Currently serving as the Senior Project Manager at Perigon Lanka Private Ltd, my responsibilities include overseeing the planning, permitting, design, contracting, and delivery of intricate and large-scale projects spanning hospitality, education, residential towers, and commercial buildings. My role also encompasses managing contract administration, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure that each project meets and exceeds client expectations. Prior to my current position, I held roles as an Executive Project Manager at Surbana Jurong Private Limited, a Project Manager at WOHA Architects, A61 Architects & Ong&Ong pte Ltd, where I successfully delivered numerous high-profile and award-winning projects in Singapore. With a track record of completing several basement projects, I have showcased a high level of expertise in engineering underground structures.
