CurrentMaintenance of utilities in the chloralkali plant, along with a 2 x 130 TPH AFBC boiler, a 2 x 25 MW turbine generator, and its related equipment’s coal, ash handling plants, water treatment plants, cooling towers, and compressors.Planning spares and materials by creating PR in SAP-MM and continuous monitoring to reduce the non-moving inventory cost. Inspection of new spares and clearing GRN in stores.Certification of contractor bills after work completion by raising a service request in SAP.Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards in all maintenance activities. Preparing hazard identification, risk assessment, and job safety analysis for all activities.Implementation of maintenance strategies, including FMEA, preventive maintenance plans, predictive maintenance techniques, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approaches, to optimize overall equipment efficiency.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with rotary and static equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations. Identify the root causes of failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.Leading and supervising maintenance teams, issuing work permits with toolbox talks and coordinating activities for timely completion.Equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while maintaining quality and safety standards.Proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies, and participating in training and development programs.Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems for recording maintenance activities, tracking equipment history, scheduling maintenance tasks, and generating reports.
