The Google Digital Atelier provides free training on online marketing and other business skills to teach you the digital skills that will help you develop your business and career.As a Jr. manager, I was in charge of the daily flow, making sure that reminders were sent out, helping out with the organisation of the events and making the sure the correct n umbers were sent to the Grow With Google program manager.

For every post-production we did, documentary or feature film, I made sure there was a planning and a budget. I followed up on that planning, making sure we had enough staff members (editors, VFX artists, colorists,...) all while keeping an eye on budget and overal happiness of the team.

Making sure every visitor in the Apple Store goes home happy and well informed about the products in our store and becomes a loyal Apple customer.

For The Fridge, I transitioned to my first film feature, Labyrinthus, which also happened to have 30% of VFX shots. I helped with the realisation of the workflow, investigating different software solutions. I hired a 10-20pax staff, kept track of timesheets and reported the progress. In the meantime, I followed up on other projects (commercials, beauty films,..), made sure the office was well stocked, customers well received and peers well fed.
