What I do here is route all orders from the website to the proper warehouses for shipping, then I make sure all data is entered in our accounting system for proper inventory control and to see what was sold each day.

My job consist of providing great customer service first, taking orders, providing information to a dealer that is away from their resources, I am also price guide for my dealers that are on jobs and just forgot to bring their pricing with them.I am here to also support my sales team out in the field. From re-sending the same email 3 days in a row to simply checking stock for them. If they need it I'm here for them, any time of the day. • Responsible for answering of high volume calls, that would include but not limited to order taking, answering technical questions, price quotes, shipping quotes, and collection of payment information • Data Entry. Responsible for the entry of new customers, orders, returns, analyze defective products and entry of credits and invoice finalization.• Sales support. Ensured that sales and marketing materials were properly sent for potential new customers. • Accounts management – in conjunction with accounts receivable responsibility of ensuring customer accounts were current and customers were aware of any past due invoices.
