Developing and maintaining a Community Engagement and Community Coaching program for the Southern Virginia region. Supervises direct support staff and WRAP program managers. Works collaboratively with the Central Virginia and Danville regions to facilitate program goals and objectives.

Providing ongoing supervision and support to Sponsored Residential providers in the Central Virginia Region. Ensuring Licensing and Medicaid Guidelines are implemented. Responsible for developing person centered treatment plans, quarterly person centered reviews to ensure quality of services, and all annual/quarterly/monthly documentation. Successfully maintains ongoing communication with guardians/authorized representatives, case managers and additional community professionals to ensure optimal services are received.

Successfully managed a caseload of thirty to forty individuals with a Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, or dual diagnosis.
