In this role, I drive digital marketing strategy and execution for our national behavioral health hospital network. I oversee all digital marketing channels, including websites (development and SEO), email and CRM, digital paid media and product development. I focus on transformative digital projects with measurable results. Key accomplishments include: growing organic website traffic 25% from 2022 to 2023; implementing down-funnel data that enabled a 21% YoY increase in qualified inquires and a 30% YoY increase in admissions from pay-per-click channels; and helping reduce marketing's operating budget from 8.4% of revenue in 2018 to 5.1% of revenue in 2023 while driving 45% admit growth. My team has successfully launched >20 major tech enablement products during my tenure. My core responsibilities include developing and advocating for my team of managers and individual contributors, while remaining hands-on in multiple implementation projects. I transitioned digital marketing functions from fully outsourced to in-house expertise within first two years of my time at ERC. I also oversee responsible use of our digital marketing budget, including significant paid media spend, and am the primary liaison for a variety of digital partners. In addition to working closely with the traditional marketing team, my team supports our B2B healthcare provider relations team and built our tech-enabled B2B marketing program from the ground up. I also partner with business units across the organization to execute on marketing strategy and support business goals. A key collaborative project was the ideation, vendor selection, discovery, development and launch of our fully integrated patient admissions portal.
