Responsible for messaging and positioning across large service portfolio. Managed internal and external service organizations including advertising and public relations agencies. Specific responsibilities included:Market positioning for growth services, differentiating new services from traditional areas of excellence.New product launches including product naming and branding, launch materials, long-term market planning, and positioning with press, analysts and sales teams. Messaging strategy for extensive service portfolio and key additions to the portfolio, such as Cloud ComputingSocial media strategy and planning including corporate blogging, social sharing and online community building.Managing executive communications, including material development, spokesperson training and messaging for analyst relations, public relations and eventsManaging national and regional event messaging and participation including event strategy, executive speaking, client appreciation, lead generation and follow-up strategy.Leading go-to-market programs including webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, and more. Coordinating partner marketing across the portfolio and serving as primary point of contact for partner marketing requests.
