- Provide the start to end cycle of the recruitment solutions to clients’ hiring needs- Business development efforts in conducting cold calls and regular client visitations- Build and maintain relationship with clients- Liaise with line managers, key stakeholders for job requirements qualifying- Consult and give advice about the talent market, solutions to clients’ queries on their recruitment needs after understanding overview of company situation- Screen, select and present quality candidates who match specific recruitment needsof our clients- Work with internal customers across units with various teams well in total delivery for our clients- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidate side.- Offer management and ensure smooth on boarding for new hires- Other recruitment related duties

- Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by clients- Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond- Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidate- Create solid working relationships with clients to understand their business resourcing and growth requirements from a cultural and function perspective- Work closely with clients to make sure to increase jobs handled - Manage and close revenue opportunities- Make sure the customer satisfaction are high enough to guarantee clients retention- With the help of the Recruitment Consultant Manager, identify potential up-selling opportunities for existing clients- Import profile from outsourcing if there is not enough work-ready profile in any specific positions- Guide, train, and coach clients to use our platform
