I live by these three ideas: “do what you say you are going to do,” “live in such a way that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it” “treat everyone the way you would want to be treated.” Since age 16, I’ve worked this industry. I’ve done a little bit of everything and as a result, I have a great understanding of how things actually work behind the scenes. My favorite thing about my current job is getting to see a project all the way from the idea stage to the actual event phase. I get to see my efforts brought to life…and that’s a great feeling! I have the natural ability to juggle all kinds of personalities, handle chaos, learn from mistakes, and cope with stressful situations. I’m great at thinking on my feet and rolling with the punches. I love the fact that I never really know what my day will entail when I get to work. There is nothing more rewarding to me than figuring out what makes each person happy. Anyone that knows me can attest that I am always trying to figure out how to make things better, more beautiful, and how to make things work better.
