About Sara Elias

I've always been an optimist, lifelong learner, and teacher at heart. I wanted to be a kindergarten teacher when I was young because I loved learning and I loved seeing other people learn. What really brings me joy now that I have "grown up," is coaching others to become the best versions of themselves and to reach their goals. I have a knack for getting to the root of problems and helping create a strategic outlook accompanied with a measurable plan to accomplish goals; be that in a business setting or personal setting. I am curious by nature and use that in my relationships which allows me to learn without judgement or agendas and provide objective, multi varied solutions. Part of my passion for teaching and lifelong learning led me to become a part of Women in Cable Telecommunications, which I was an active member of for over a decade in leadership positions on the board. There, I coached, mentored, and inspired others to be their very best and to reach for their goals. Personally, I am a mother, wife, travel enthusiast, music lover, and crafter.
