Sarah is a Sydney based award winning writer/director with a love for everything animation, morbid podcasts and pugs (of which she has one called Bikky).Sarah has brought to life a slate of hyperactive anime-fueled animated projects, both independently and for large international studios and brands. From writing and directing original projects for Film, Television and SVOD, to training teams of animators and artists for large scale service animation gigs, there ain't many creative challenges Sarah won't meet head on with explosive enthusiasm.Sarah has a flair for all things animation and world building, with a distinctive style that is off-beat, gritty, deadpan and packed with hyperactive action amd undermining humour, as you'll see in her work on Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Lego Monkie Kid (of which she was writer and director for the first 4 seasons, winning her an Award for Best Direction in an Animated Project at the 2022 Australian Directors Guild Award). What she lacks in an accent that can easily be understood, she more than makes up for in her rockstar, go gettem attitude.
