Business Solutions Account Executive
Current• Fulfillment of qualitative objectives and KPIs, adaptation and business approach.• Customer portfolio monitoring, consolidation and growth of the same, detecting business opportunities. • Planning and coordination in prospecting for portfolio growth under established monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. • Definition of the sales plan based on the established objectives, analyzing sales data to improve results, establishing action plans and review of business strategy by month, quarter and FY. • Adaptation and development of new tools in the daily management of work, mainly Salesforce and in search of business opportunities in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Business monitoring, guaranteeing personalized attention based on the client's needs and incidents that may occur, as well as the administrative management of my client portfolio, ensuring coordination with the departments involved in the country and the group. • Involvement and participation in department actions to increase the presence, visibility and recognition of the group and department, providing content and ideas for the team's newsletter and recurring publications through Linkedin. • Knowledge of the portfolio of products and services, with the aim of transferring the Group's value proposition as a differential point in commercial negotiations. • Contributed to weekly team strategy meetings, brainstormed, researched, and assisted with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
