Ecological restoration includes biodiversity conservation, soil and moisture conservation, working with governments, creating awareness in the community, ensuring livelihood opportunities and creating governance models to sustain the ecological restoration efforts.

The project demanded participation in business process re-engineering, visualization of the end-state processes with interaction between branches, central processing centre and other departments like customer care, credit and treasury. The solution enabled Citibank India to become a Regional Processing Centre for 30 other countries, way back in 1999.This solution was given the first prize by the Computer Society of India in 1999 under the category ‘Best IT Usage’ -
