As executive director of the Climate Equity Policy Center, I work to ensure that we are using policy, advocacy, and community organizing and engagement to address our biggest problems. In addition, working as co-founder and senior advisor at Just Strategies, I focus on real change to advance racial justice and create environments that support inclusion and belonging for people of all identities, both within organizations and externally. I'm an experienced nonprofit director with more than 20 years of experience of working in nonprofit advocacy, including on public policy, public health, mobility justice, and community advocacy. As a lawyer, strategic thinker, and equity advocate, I'm skilled in managing teams and supporting policy change, coalitions, community organizing, policy analysis, and writing. Degrees from U.C.
