 Daily reports for Material Logistics Management, including cycle counts, variances, past dues and due dates. Management of FCA extensions of plants ISRI and Magneti Marelli inventory counts, scrap and high theft audits. Ensure the record of FCA high theft part numbers and receipts. Keep track of nonconformance material damage parts, DPs, NCTs and scrap tickets. Inventory adjustments in Mainframe system below $1000. Booking units with Expeditors for return material with quality issues to the provider.  Keep track with customs FCA team of international shipments by doing the carta porte and invoice. Verify part numbers that are negative in the system due CNs, receipts, engineering, plant or suppliers. Meetings for inventory tracks with high variations. Documentation of shippers for complete unit’s test or nonproductive material.

 Checklist. Audits. Blue collar follow up (missing team). Keep track with the logistics team and providers in order to have all the material in time. Keep track any urgent matters for axles (delays, ETA, missing material)
