Dr. Sarbast Moslem is Principal Investigator of Digital Voting Hub Project - VOTE-TRA, funded by Science Foundation Ireland. He also, serves as postdoctoral research fellow at University College Dublin, Ireland.Dr. Moslem's research interests include, transport planning; traffic engineering; logistics; supply chain management; soft computing; multi-criteria decision making problems; sustainability; fuzzy set theory and citizens science. All of his research focuses on two key questions: -How to provide more sustainable urban transport system?-How to improve decision making methodologies for solving engineering complex problems?Working with different stakeholder groups has taught him handling with conflicts wisely and it allowed him to learn not only their point of view.He is efficient project manager, a quick hands-on learner, and a wise team leader. With seven years of experience as a transport planner, he is also a good communicator and an approachable instructor. He developed decision making models to evaluate real life transport problems and his research has been recognized by a number of grants and awards, including from the American Creative Decision Foundation and the Swiss Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute.
