• Qualified CA with over 27 years of post qualification experience in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Audits, Taxation and Statutory Compliance with three Auto Ancillary Groups, Ludhiana (Working on Retainership basis).• Working as Head of their Finance, Commercial, Accounts and Taxation Departments since 1985. Also practicing as Chartered Accountant independently.• Extensive experience in Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit including management and operational audit and information system audit.• Peer reviewer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.• Expert in Direct Tax Planning and Management including submission of returns, appearing before income tax authorities for regular assessments, filing appeals and appearing before Appellate authorities, dealing with search, seizure, raids and surveys and assessments post search, seizure, raids and surveys.• Well versed in Central Excise, Service Tax and VAT laws.• Expert in dealing and negotiating with public, private and foreign banks and institutions for arranging funds for new/expansion/modernization projects in the form of rupee, FCNRB and ECB loans and for working capital.
