Worked in all 4 time zones of the US and also worked in Eastern Europe, the UK, Portugal, and Brazil. Responsible for sourcing IT/Non-IT professionals for various skills and Senior Levels.• Handling End-to-End Recruitment Life cycle as well as Coordinating with the Clients directly for requirements.• Sourcing/Screening/Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow up, processing CV's Uploading/maintaining Internal Database, etc.• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, and feedback reports and also Maintaining candidates database.• Working closely with the Manager to understand sourcing strategy and Job requirements.• Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, technical fit, communication skills, and pay packages making them understand their job role.• Coordinating with candidates for interviews and conducting telephonic interviews if required before shortlisting candidates• Hand-on experience with MS-office tools, Job Portals, keywords search, Screening, and Negotiation.• Proficient in maintaining a cordial relationship with customers and clients; ensuring quality and service norms thereby achieving customer satisfaction and business retention.• Advertise job openings on job boards and social networking sites and select resumes for consideration based on responses.
