I have following responsibilities in Crystal Grand Shipping LLC(freight forwarding company).1. Following up air, land, and sea shipments with Dubai Customs and Dubai Municipality.2. Checking remarks on items with Dubai Municipality and informing customers accordingly through mail.3. Informing customers about DIP (Defat Inspection Procedure) and facilitating payment for DIP.4. Informing customers about OMR (Other Municipality Released) and facilitating payment for OMR.5. Informing customers about sampling on items.5. Registering items with Dubai Municipality (Creating FITR).6. Applying for conditional release of shipments.7. Received all shipments Original documents in soft form and update in QuickBooks.8. Attached Release report in the QuickBooks.9. Add DIP & OMR charges in the invoices of customers.10. Contact the customer by phone call if needed.
