Current● I am responsible to direct, define and delegate responsibilities among my own team members. Building corporate and long term business relationship with clients creating strong client relations and maintaining a high retention rate by ensuring their satisfaction. I act as client liaison and ensure that clients receive more than what they expect from us. I am fully capable to help client plan and manage projects by defining a project’s schedule, scope and budget. Service level agreements are met for strategic national clients, leading and facilitating weekly client meetings, tracking deliverables, resolving service issues, generating and presenting reports, and collaborating with both internal departments as well as third party carriers. Clients include ISPR, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Higher Education Commission (HEC), Department of Information KPK, Development of Local government KPK, Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Riphah University, IQRA University etc.
