AS an Internal Employee of NSN.Major Responsibilities:Candidate identification and selection.Managing the joint survey with concerned departments (Transmission, RF, Civil and Legal)Follow up on candidate acceptance from respective departments.Lease negotiations with owners on approved candidate within the limitations set by the customer.Customer interface regarding acceptance/finalization of Lease agreements.Timely payments from customer to owner for… Show more AS an Internal Employee of NSN.Major Responsibilities:Candidate identification and selection.Managing the joint survey with concerned departments (Transmission, RF, Civil and Legal)Follow up on candidate acceptance from respective departments.Lease negotiations with owners on approved candidate within the limitations set by the customer.Customer interface regarding acceptance/finalization of Lease agreements.Timely payments from customer to owner for rentals.NOC and commercial Power applications and approvals.Trigger construction start activities and follow through the progress of CW until On Air.Solve all issues during civil work and Radio Access Network activities at the site (stoppages etc. due to neighbors,governmental authorities or other causes).Follow up with all the Site Acquisition Officers daily, assigning tasks to them.Monitoring Site Acquisition Officers progress and help keep the officers updated with tasks to perform.Update central database(NOLS) on daily basis.Generating different kinds of reports with all the required information.Reporting to Head office on daily and weekly basis and inform them regarding current status of BTS sites.Weekly and monthly planning to meet targets.Drafting of letters, different documents for seeking permission from Government Authorities, Airports etc. Show less
