Worked as In charge of Youth home boys hostel. I was responsible for their boarding, lodging and educational activities. Job nature was kind a father for all. I Worked 24 hours with them in orphan house.Coordination with school, carrier guidance, motivation, relationship with parent or guardian of boys and meeting with donors, coordinating all events and functions. I enjoyed this assignment. It was best part of my life.

I was managing all activities and tasks. It was kind a team of technical people working and joining task to task. In 2007 partner splited and company went to closure.
