As Protector of Emigrants, I held a key leadership role in Rawalpindi region, driving compliance with Emigration laws and ensuring the safe migration of Pakistani workers abroad. I led a team of about 50 officials, enforcing laws and regulations, and fostering synergies among stakeholders, including Overseas Employment Promoters / Sending Organizations and foreign employers. My responsibilities included processing overseas workers demands, granting recruitment permissions, supervising recruitment processes, registering foreign job agreements, and conducting inquiries to resolve complaints and take punitive actions when necessary. Through my enforcement expertise, I facilitated the smooth deployment of Pakistani workers worldwide, upheld the integrity of the emigration process, and protected the rights of migrant workers.

While spearheading the BE&OE Complaint Redressal mechanism in Lahore region, I held a quasi-judicial role, ensuring the protection of rights for overseas Pakistani workers and implementing federal government policies. My key responsibilities included:- Conducting inquiries and hearing proceedings, mediating disputes, and compiling comprehensive reports for higher authorities- Ensuring this quasi-judicial functions were performed with utmost integrity and impartiality- Implementing federal policies and ensuring compliance with regulations- Leading a team of dedicated officials to achieve prompt and effective complaint resolution
