I believe in the continual improvement of HSE and building Integrated Management Systems that can be practically implemented.I started my career in 1985 in the South African Police Force and successfully made Detective in 1989. In 2004 I founded HSAFE Risk Solutions and through my consulting was headhunted to join IRCA Global in the UAE in 2006, after which I moved to Group 5 Construction and then to Jumeirah Group building the HSE standards and seeing the industry grow and develop. In 2015 it was time to reignite HSAFE Risk Solutions with now 11 years of GCC experience, understanding the region's strengths and weaknesses in regards to QHSE and how to navigate through the market to give my clients the best product for their needs.Following my passion, and my adventurous spirit, I started focussing on Events HSE. This direction has taught me to manage huge build-up projects and manage massive crowds in short turn around times, quickly understanding the HSE needs and acting on it fast. HSAFE Risk Solutions became the first HSE company in the GCC to manage QHSE Integrated System with an in-house Automated Technical Solution to have quicker feedback and action times. My main objective is to ensure that HSAFE Risk Solution empowers businesses across all sectors and industries in the GCC and African Region, through improving QHSE Management Systems and Key Performance Indicators keeping our clients, their clients, staff and environments safe and healthy.
