• Have 2 years of experience working with Azure portal and Azure-based provisioning, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and DevOps automation activities. • Utilize Control-M, Azure cloud services, Application Insights, and other tools to monitor and troubleshoot application health. • Analyze Splunk logs to identify errors in cloud services across different environments. Initiate NOC calls, as needed, to provide extended on-call triage by escalating issues to L2/L3 teams. • Handle various issue severities and engage specialized teams to meet tight deadlines. • Create and update various documents to facilitate smooth day-to-day project activities. • Build and maintain tools that support deployment automation, health checks of applications, and patching activities. • Analyze logs to support and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues in both production and non-production environments. • Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, and monitoring of various environments. • Have hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, Applications Insights, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Virtual Networks. • Possess basic understanding of concepts such as Routing, Load Balancing, VPN, and AWS services (S3, VPC, EC2). • Have experience in Splunk, including creation of Dashboards, Alerts, and Reports, and ability to triage, investigate and determine root cause of issues.• Deployment of VM’s using PowerShell or Azure CLI and managing.
