Design and conduct M&E refresher training if required.6. Assist in updating the M&E reporting including translation and review of the bi-monthly SNA progress reports7. Assist with reporting8. Assist in conducting and documenting in the roadmap consultation process at the field as well as National level

-Technical and advisory support to counterpart on CCJAP project Criminal Justice Sector in Cambodia in the targets province to Women, Youth & Children with less crime and safer communities. -Technical assistant to RGC agencies, CBO, communities, civil society, private sector and stakeholders at SNA levels to plan and implement activities support by CCJAP on Crime Prevention and Community Safety.-Provide capacity development throughout the training, coaching, mentoring and facilitation to the key counterparts, stakeholders and implementing agencies about the planning on CPCS activities into local planning process.-Coordination and support the counterparts at the province and district level on CPCS, GBV, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and EVAW.-Assist the PCC to identify and share lessons learned with other PCC, NMB and national and sub-national stakeholders, including hosting peer-to-peer meetings with new CCJAP provinces.-Provided training and coaching to project staff, counterparts and stakeholders in particularly at the provincial/district and commune levels on M&E concept, frameworks and tools as well as to make sure that how they are best utilizing these tools in their daily work in monitoring the progress of CPCS.-Ensure and maintain project produces strategic information for improving the implementation in all project focus areas, particularly in the CPCS training and project implementation database for Monitoring and Evaluation purpose.

SAREN has over 27 years of experiences working in the areas of local good governance, democratic development, decentralization and decentralization, M&E and NREML project implementation in senior positions with UN, IOs, NGOs, Private Sector, Consulting Firm, Freelance Consultant and government agencies which focusing on the Poverty Reduction, Gender Mainstreaming and Climate Change. As Senior Provincial Program Management and ME Advisor with NCDDS, and UN program. Saren has provided technical advice on project management, consultative workshop and constructive dialog between the commune, district and provincial level and the private sectors. Saren was appointed as a Focal Point to coordinate as a DP’s representative to ensure all fund sources have been used in transparency, accountability, sustainability, effectively and efficiency. SAREN has a background of academic study holding a Master of Development Management (MDM) at Norton University from 2006-2008 in the field of Rural Development, BBA at University of Management and Economic (UME) 2001-2005 in the field of Human Resources Development Management, Public Health as Medical Assistant at Thai-Cambodia border 1988-1992. Saren has supplement training course internationally on (i) Participatory Planning Monitoring and Evaluation-Managing for Impact (PPME-M4I) in the Netherlands (Holland) 2014 (ii) Training Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) at the PUTRA University, Malaysia 2004 (iii) Training/Workshop on Mekong Sub-Region Biodiversity Conservation, Fishery and Sustainable Use Natural Resources Management in Bangkok, Thailand (iv) NFP Alumni Conference on ASEIAN Network, which focusing on global health, water management, waste management, sustainable farming, food security, urban/rural development and climate change for ASEAN countries in Jakarta, Indonesia. Saren has also experiences with RGC’s program NCDDS/MoI (Multi DPs) over 17 years as PPMA, SPPA, LCBA and NPPMEA from 1998-2014
