Current● Verify client identities using third-party software to ensure consistency with their SMSaccount profiles and initiate verification as needed.● Professionally address client inquiries and support requests via Zendesk whilemaintaining effective communication to resolve concerns and issues while alwayskeeping company security in mind.● Accurately document client interactions and valuable client information within our internalsystems.● Generate reports and share insights with the team concerning identity verification-relatedactivities.● Collaborate with the Manager, Digital Content Compliance as necessary to investigateaccounts suspected of improper activity, including copyright infringement, artificialstreaming, UGC violations, credit card fraud, or other suspicious behavior.● Utilize identity verification software to analyze account metrics and relevant data toidentify patterns or indicators of improper activity.● Document findings and recommend appropriate actions, such as account termination,further verification, or escalation to management if necessary. Offer support and guidance to colleagues handling complex cases related to improperaccount activity.● Support team members as necessary to empower them in recognizing and effectivelyresponding to accounts exhibiting improper activity.
