Job Descriptions: Production & Planning:• Enforce and ensure compliance of current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedure on shop floor.• Scheduling of work on monthly, weekly and daily basis to meet the production target. Planning of manpower requirement on monthly and daily basis.• Justification, procurement of new equipment and up gradation of existing equipment.• To execute the production schedule as per accepted plan with quality and optimum utilization of resource (manpower, machine and raw material).• Co-ordinate with Customer service department for production requirement and scheduling of dispatch.• Co-ordinate with purchase department for material planning and control on a monthly and quarterly as per forecast.• Conducting training program for staff.• Product improvement and productivity increase.• Make and submit annual leave plan for production staff to Administration Dept. QA, QC and Validation:• Perform all internal and external audits.• Review and updating all Technical Manufacturing documents like BMR, BPR’S & SOP• Developed and launch new product with Copran research & development department.• Installation of new equipment with Validation dept.• Certification – MOH (GCC), MCC(South Africa) & PRE M H R A(Europe) Engineering:• Updating the facility in manufacturing department in coordination with engineering department.• Responsible for safety of product, machinery & personal by ensuring safe operation. Finance:• Make all entry in BANN system for Raw material, packing materials and finished goods to estimate the product cost in each batch. Ware House:• Coordinate with Ware house to ensure the availability of raw, primary and secondary packaging material to execute the production plan.• Checking and verifying the finish goods for dispatching as per sales and customer Department schedule.

Job Descriptions: Responsible for maintaining the production area & machine in manufacturing and Packaging area in co-ordination with Engineering department. Responsible for all Production Staff training and development by providing periodical GMP training. Responsible of for safety of product, machinery & personal by ensuring safe operation. Compliance all documentation requirements within the plant such as change control, deviation, cross functional investigation and various systems SOP. Coordinate with Engineering to minimize production loses due to machine break down by implementing preventive maintenance with all safety requirements. Make weekly plan and execute daily and weekly plan accordingly. Overview and update production standard hours. Monitoring and maintain storage condition of semi-finished product store with coordination with Engineering Department.

Job Descriptions: Carry and record in process cross check while processing a product as per BMR/BPR and as per SOP. Calibration the manufacturing apparatus and logged it periodically. Checking of documents BMR /BPR and revision of SOP Issue and receive raw, packing material and finish goods to ware house and within the department. Checking and verifying all semi-finished/finished online in-process rejection Maintain and record equipments, area and process logbooks. Maintain housekeeping in Mfg. & Packaging dept. Dispensing of raw material as per BMR
