Responsibilities:Supervising and Execution of Electrical works in conformity with approved Electrical Drawings. Preparation of Project Quality Plans - Inspection and Test Plans, and other quality related documents.Completely responsible for Execution of H.V. & L.V. Panel Installation, H.V. /L.V. Cable Laying, Testing and Termination. Preparation of Agreements with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers. Checking and approving various bills. Following up for approvals from M/s. BESCOM and other KPTCL authorities for Electrical Drawings.Responsible for Material Procurement, Submittal and confirming orders with the Suppliers. Calculating BOQ for additional works for variation work claims. Allocation of works and follow up with the Supervisors and Foremen.Attending various meetings with Consultant and discuss various problems and solve themAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all site Engineers/ManagersMonthly follow up for customer collection and Contractor payment with Finance departmentMaking Daily/Weekly/Monthly Project progress reports and reporting it to Head office.
