o Provision of technical support, guidance, and assistance to field teams, specifically concerning TEMS,NEMO, and other specialized kits.o Collaboration with customers (vendors and operators) in solution development for field teams,followed by effective communication of the devised solutions to regional teams.o Leadership of a technical team consisting of 100 resources and oversight of a fleet comprising 50vehicles.o Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project-related matters,ensuring a seamless flow of information.o Administration and development of innovative solutions pertaining to vehicles and fuel managementwithin the project framework.o Implementation of robust activity tracking, record-keeping, and inventory management protocolswithin the project scope.o Resolution of day-to-day issues and meticulous adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for bothinternal and external clients.o Coordination across various teams and disciplines, including but not limited to Human Resources,Procurement, Administration, Finance, and other supporting functions.o Conducting interviews and participating in the recruitment process for technical staff, addressingurgent requirements and managing the onboarding of new and replacement resources.o Regular provision of daily and weekly reports to leadership, offering comprehensive insights intoproject issues and current status.
