My job responsibilities are as follows;• Supervising the Complete Safety at Construction Site and assuring efficient, reliable and effective measures.• Co-ordination with daily safety breaches and to alert the management about areas of concern.• Continuous monitoring on site to ensure performance of field work and man power with all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other pertinent policies.• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance… Show more My job responsibilities are as follows;• Supervising the Complete Safety at Construction Site and assuring efficient, reliable and effective measures.• Co-ordination with daily safety breaches and to alert the management about areas of concern.• Continuous monitoring on site to ensure performance of field work and man power with all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other pertinent policies.• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance measurement reports.• Responsible for Client & Consultant correspondence for daily base issues and close out of safety observations/violations.• Investigating incidents (accidents, near-miss, danger occurrences) and preparation of the reports for the management review.• Periodical revisions and ensuring implementation of Site Emergency procedures.• Create safety awareness among all employees on the incidents/accidents occurred at the site.• Suggesting topics and matters to be discussed for tool box talks. • Preparing agenda for safety coordination meetings.• Review and generate the report on contractor’s weekly report, scaffold inspection, test certificate of lifting and moving equipments.• Investigation, recording and reporting of safety and health incidents.• Establish and maintain emergency prevention, preparedness and response arrangement.• Assist the management in promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.• Conduct safety walk rounds with construction manager and sub-contractors.• Ensure welfare facilities for employees are available and maintained.• Ensuring that fire fighting equipments are regularly inspected and maintained.• Hazard identification, safety inspections & suggesting remedial measures • Risk Assessment and Job safety analysis prior to any activity.
