The project cycle consisted of detail planning and design, RFP and bidding / contracting and execution. Main purpose of the project is to reduce OPEX and lessen dependency on diesel generators -reducing carbon emissions too. Its the largets solar power project in Pakistan by any cellular operator.Executed VSAT implementation project for the GSM backhaul - with five major hubs and around 60 remote sites. The Project purpose was to built organizations owned VSAT network-switching from a rental model-with major purpose of saving OPEX and also improving the network quality.
