Sarha Rasheed has read Masters of Law (LL.M) with specialization in Business Law from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She is an advocate of the High Court and an accredited Mediator. She has represented the interests of her clients, through both contentious and non-contentious matters, and has appeared before several tribunals, courts and administrative bodies. Additionally, she has worked as an in-house counsel at various companies in Pakistan. She was a part of the visiting faculty at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University where she taught US Constitutional Law.She is the Co-Founder & Senior Manager at Pakistan’s first Alternative Dispute Resolution center recognized by the Sindh High Court and Federal Government, where she is responsible for overseeing the the day-to-day operations of the center, managing staff and resources, and ensuring that cases are handled in a fair and efficient manner. She is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the center's mission and values, and for ensuring that the center is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.In addition to managing the internal operations of the center, she works to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders -  this involves outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the center's services to potential clients, as well as establishing partnerships and collaborations with other organizations in the legal or justice system.
