This position reported to the EVP and directly supervised the Registrar, Librarian, Faculty, Assessment/Accreditation Chair, Academic Affairs Coordinator, Admissions Director, and Marketing Director. Advised by several faculty, staff, and student committees.

Oversaw the general operations of the girl's self-esteem program, ShineGIRL, in the public school system and other community settings. Grew the program from a handful of volunteers in one public school to hundreds of volunteers in every middle school in Virginia Beach and Norfolk with a long waiting list. Continued to maintain growth in volunteers and schools, working with hundreds of middle school girls across Hampton Roads. Responsible to recruit new volunteers and see to it that they received proper training. Maintained relationships with the local school systems and worked to inspire team members to increase program reach. Served as Race Director 2014 - 2016, for the yearly ShineGIRL Shine 5k race fundraiser event.Conducted comparative studies based on evaluations to determine areas for organizational growth and development.

Ran the general operations of the Reality Check Program, a life decisions integrity program for teens and young adults.Led an analysis and reorganization, authored surveys and presentation content for focus groups, and worked directly with teens to determine program effectiveness.Authored the Reality Check Parent Education program and associated surveys to gather feedback and make ongoing programmatic enhancements.
