Since 2020, I have been a part of an enthusiastic and dedicated ScanAgile organizing team, committed to organizing Agile conferences to introduce and share the Agile mindset and practices with like-minded people of all levels who are willing to learn more. Here is a breakdown of my responsibilities for each year:• In 2020, I started as a speaker at a virtual conference and continued as an organizer for four virtual events. As part of the organizing team, I was responsible for managing logistics, preparing scripts, and introducing speakers to ensure that each event was a valuable experience for attendees.• In 2021, I continued as an organizer for the ScanAgile conference. Together with the team, I contributed to conceptualizing themes, identifying venues, and searching for speakers. Unfortunately, the conference had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.• In 2022, I once again participated in organizing the ScanAgile conference. Along with the team, I continued to contribute by conceptualizing themes, identifying venues, and searching for speakers. Regrettably, this event was also cancelled due to the pandemic.• In 2023, we were able to hold the ScanAgile conference. As well as my previous contributions with the team, I also managed the email communications, engaged sponsors and coordinated their spaces in the venue, organized volunteer work to ensure we had all the support we needed during the conference, oversaw all aspects of event planning, and acted as a Code of Conduct contact to ensure a seamless and successful conference.• For 2024 we reorganized our organization structure to ensure comprehensive coverage of all focus areas. As part of this reorganization, I have taken on the responsibility of overseeing sponsorship for the upcoming conference.

As Head of Transformation and Development at Sharper Shape Group, I have led a variety of initiatives aimed at driving business growth and development.
