Foresight: Sari is passionate about co-creating hopeful futures for all of us. She believes that we can use emerging technologies to create change for happier lives. For the last three decades she has been conducting anthropological studies in imaginary cyborg colonies. Sari has a large toolbox with an array of foresight tools. In addition, she designs tools and systems for helping people and organizations navigate the way to a positive future. Sari's objective is to create both more effective and more fulfilling organizational behavior, happier humans and sustainable environment. Business Innovation: Sari has founded over 20 new businesses. She is a serial impact entrepreneur with three exits and an IPO. She is also an advisor and a board member for several start-up companies focused on innovative business ideas. She has over 15 years of executive experience in health care, retail, advertising, entertainment and ICT sectors. Her PhD in Business from Aalto University is in the field of Strategic Management and Business Technology. Her 15 years of consulting experience concentrate on strategy level improvements in client organizations. She is especially keen on disruptive business concepts and teaches Innovative Entrepreneurship in fragile countries, such as Afghanistan. Use of Tools, Strategy Tools, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, VR/AR: Sari’s academic work on organizational use of technologies has been published in various academic journals, for example the Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Organization, and Journal of Productivity Analysis. Sari is passionate about strategy tools and has been working in the field of machine learning, neural networks, operations research, mathematical modeling and statistics since the 80s. Her newer hobbies are around blockchain technology and AR/VR/MR.Learning Methodologies:Sari has been actively teaching and working on e-learning and new teaching methodologies for over 20 years. She has taught MBA, MSc and PhD-level courses in strategic management, risk management, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, artificial intelligence and new learning methodologies.
