I am interested in team leadership of product design and implementation with a strong focus on utility (and usability) given to the users of the service.I have created specific methods for interaction and concept design for digital services and innovations. The methods are based on real cases faced by current or future users. During the past 15 years, with my colleagues, I have developed the goal-driven GUIDe and the simulation-based user interface design method (Goal-Derived Design, GDD) and applied them to several dozen customer projects. These are specific methods of human-centered design (user-centered design), focused on instances of use situations.I think that instead of trying to create new needs for people, someone should do more research and development based on current reality. By analyzing use situations and human motives in a certain way, innovations begin to stand out spontaneously. In addition, when tightly focusing on real life solutions, we can e.g. conserve the nature as a side effect by minimizing waste.My main enthusiasm is fed by discovering what people are trying to do and why, and deriving software innovations and services from those observations.
