I’m currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Cloud Coach (but you probably saw that already) and looking for ways to keep expanding my Salesforce knowledge because there is just so many things you can do!I’ve worked with Flows, Reporting, Setup configurations, dabbled with the Developer Console to troubleshoot issues, helped create a community site, help build Knowledge Articles for our knowledge base.. All of this in a timely manner to help solve issues for clients or provide recommendations as fast as possible. I’m always ready to tackle new things since it’s all a learning experience, which is welcomed. Having that said, I’m also getting into the Product side of things by helping with Feature Requests, designs and documentation. I like working towards what our end users would want and make their experience more enjoyable, basis of UCD! Since I like data, I’ve also helped with trying to use more data tools (surveys, ISV..) to help make better decisions that drive what the team will tackle next.But enough about work, let me REALLY tell you a bit about myself… I have a cat, her name is Nami, she is my partner in crime. I like video games, and computer hardware. I like crocheting and building things.Looking to travel more and discover new things about this world!Connect and we can chat more!
