• Develop, understand, and maintain the OneEHS project plan. Provide support to communicate and manage all sections of the plan.

• Conduct in-house training programs, EHS induction courses for employees to equips them with knowledge on occupational health and safety guidelines and local government regulation along with GE LSP (Life Saving.
• Integrate environmental health, and safety (EHS) requirements into project execution plan and strategies including site coordination plans from construction through to commissioning.
• Ensure that all accidents and incidents are thoroughly investigated, reported and appropriate corrective and preventive actions including the sharing of lesson learned are carried out in a timely manner.
• Act as point of contact to various government authorities including Department of Environment (DOE), Local fire brigade etc.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the site related rules defined in the Site EHS plan and revise as necessary to keep up to date, in consultation with the Project Manager and Site Manager.

Singapore

• Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards. Investigate Accidents and dangerous occurrences.
• Serving as first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
• Maintaining proper records.
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends.
• Making regular site inspections.
