* Duties/Responsibilities: * Maintaining day to day accounting and financial activities.* Prepare and post day to day voucher through ERP system.* Categories the vouchers according to the ledger heads and making entry in the cash/ bank books and ledger books.* Maintenance of all the vouchers, receipts & papers related to transactions for record keeping.* Prepare financial report as and when required.Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of every month.* Keeping all the vouchers, receipts & papers related to accounts safety.* Maintaining good relationships with banks and offices both government and private.* Maintain accounts such as maintaining different ledgers, petty cash, stock journal etc.* Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register.* Assist in establishing short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedure.* Deal with other various responsibilities as per direction of the Management.
